Question rear wheel bearing and 4.56 gears

So one of my rear wheel bearings is going bad so I was wondering if it was simple enough to replace the bearing or if I should just replace the entire hub??

So I am adding a 3 inch BL ontop of my suspension lift and going from 35's to 37's... Needless to say I am going to have to upgrade to 4.56 gears.. My question to those of you who have already made the upgrade.. What difference did you notice when you put the gears in???

im not sure about on the back but i know on the front you cant just change the wheel bearing, you have to change the whole hub.
