Don't...my truck had one of those goofy things above the slider and it ended up trapping so much water and snow underneath it that ended up making the rear window useless at anything other than traffic jam speeds. I took the stupid thing off and now have much less problems. The water tends to get sucked out of the box and the crack between it and the cab and with that slider visor on the water and snow tends to collect under it like a bucket, which makes it pour down the window like a waterfall. You won't have water spots, but every time you drive in the rain at 30+ MPH you won't be able to see out the back window.
