I have Cooper HT's and they are a nice quiet street tire.

Man, those will look tiny. Anyway, my Bridgestone Revo2s are quiet and grippy.

My 285/55-20's don't look tiny... not 305"s but still look ok.... and the price didn't hurt either.. $550 mounted balanced from a local tire shop. It is all relative.

In a 245/70/17 I'm going to assume this is strictly an "on pavement" truck, little to no towing/hauling.

In that case, two of the better tires that come to mind for quietness, ride quality and longevity are the Firestone Destination and the BFG Long Trails.
