figures I may need a lense operation soon depends on the price of an after market housing turns out if you go to "my night runner " thread you will find the pass side amber lense is broken damn I missed that at the dealer! Any ways its broke and needs repair. I was thinking of the betty crocker method, Less some body men/girls no of another trick too gain access. That said looks like mine NICE!!

Well it was definitely a pain in the butt guys! Glad you all like it. My oven was actually too small and I burnt one of the headlights, so I sanded is and painted a bottom eyelid on them. I don't know if I would so it again but I definitely love the outcome!

Lol, how the hell was the oven too small? What'd ya use, a damn toaster oven? I've heard that its a major PITA, but the final outcome is worth it. When I get more of my 'theme' going (bodycolor matched items and black accents) the headlight painting will commence. It'll just look kinda funny right now, the lights being the only black on the truck

Honestly just take your time. It is a pain in the butt and you will probably get frustrated. Also i would go with fusion krylon paint. I used rustoleum for plastic and the paint bubbled up on the chrome as first. Also make sure no part of the light is touching the roof or wall of the oven!! hahaha.
