You got more ***** than me, I refuse to go in anything deeper than about a foot and a half. For one I like my interior and two I'm just too scared to do that chit. A high school girl was killed a little over a year ago here coming home from school late one night, she hydroplaned and went into a drainage ditch. The current caught her car and trapped her inside a water tunnel, she couldn't get out and drowned while on the phone with a friend. Water is not something to screw around with in my eyes.

i used to be into that kinda stuff until i screwed up 2 transmissions and busted tail light, dented the hood and busted a radiator haha. now i got a nice new shiny truck and it doesnt see anything by the yard when i got back to get my trailer. before my ram, i had 2 nissan xterra's and we went all the time.

thats the only decent picture i have left. with my new CAI on my ram, i didnt even want to drive in the rain today. i had one on my xterra and i got really lucky that i didnt hydroloc the motor.

ETA: yhat was my 03 with a lift and 31's. that was the shallow part. it was up over the hood right after that.

As long as you keep the truck runnin' and the intake above water you'll do fine. Awesome pcs man looks like what we have down here near hollapaw. You just gotta know how to drive it.

How are your fog lights doing after this little excursion? I wouldn't go that deep in fear of hurting my fog lights and in fear of hurting my differentials. Did you make sure you drained your differentials and put new fluid in afterwards? Hope so, unless you really want to replace your gears lol. Been there done that.

If you ever get in a wreck don't call Sally, she can't help you, call 911.
