how long after i apply the permatex and i added the gear oil is it safe to drive again?

If I recall its safe to drive within the hour, I may be wrong though, an hour or 3 hours are striking a note in my mind...

yea i put the cover back on, let set for an hour, filled the diff up and now its parked in front of my house. Started at 8 this morning and was done the 12 and its been sitting there since. I wanted to know if i can go back to daily habits, trail riding and all today or just wait till tomorrow

Extreme driving is not recommended, the water is what you want to avoid, if it gets wet it can hurt the permatex, not likely that it will, but it is possible.

street driving within an hour, and i'd say you're safe for TRAIL running, but no puddles or mud. Avoid moisture for at least a day to make sure its fully cured

rtv says 24 for total cure. I want a million dollars doesn't mean i'll get it. the point is I would of waited to even fill it up let alone drive it.. You don't want a leak and waiting is your only safe option. imo .
