hey guys! lol lots of responses. i'll answer a few question. first of all, i was contemplating painting the bumpers with bed liner, but i've oddly gotten a lot of compliments with the few pieces of chrome on it. so i dont know if i'm going to just leave it or paint em liner black. secondly, i dont want to spray on the tail lights, i always like to get the smoked out ones that are smoked in the plastic, so no chipping/etc can occur on the paint on the plastic, while maintaining bright led lights.

the job wasn't bad at all. it took me a gallon give or take of ppg pearl metallic paint. obviously small amouts of reducer/hardener were used, primer, clear(poly). it was an easy sand down a bit, prime, and spray! i let her dry for two days, but the work actually only took one. masking, sanding, spraying. i think if some of you guys want to attempt this yourself duplicolor makes a single stage paint!
