Default Exhaust bypass?

looking to buy a electronic exhaust cutouts for my 2007 5.7 have seen them on here a long time ago. where to put them at do I need just one before the muffler or two in sync before both catalytic converter? Also where can I buy them at? thanks for the help.

First i would check with your local inspection laws because in some states they are illegal.
DMH seems to be the best brand everone desires around here but there are other low cost options. They run $99-$199 for the cut-outs if I'm not mistaken?
You just need to install one of them. The Ram has a nice section of straight pipe directly in front of the muffler so adding a cut-out is pretty easy.

For the DMH do you get the flowtech or not also what size

Actually, i would get a Pypes if i were doing it. Pypes 3" comes in Stainless compared to Mild steel of the Flowtech.
That's ofcourse if you can swing it. HERE

I haven't verified if the fitment of the Pypes Y has the correct bolt pattern, so be sure of that.

I also vote for the DMH. I have two but I also have no cats so I dont have to worry about those. However, you always want to place them before the muffler....LOL
