I don't think you'll really know till you go to put everything on if it will fit or not, but yeah you can see where it looks like he cut them and re-welded them on shorter.

Getting your money back from the guy ain't gonna get you what you paid to rhino line it and technically, you ain't giving them back as he sold them to you, even though they are "better" now.

Just fab you up a set of brackets. It looks like nothing more than a piece of angle iron welded to a piece of flat stock with some holes drilled in it will work just fine.

Even if you have to goto a shop to have them fab'd up, they can't charge you that much. Sh*t, they'd make it out of nothing more than leftover scrap.

ALL the mods I made myself (winch carrier cover, sill plates, etc.) came from scrap aluminum billet leftover from the sign shop after making signs AND THEY ARE COSMENTIC mods. Your's are just gonna be some brackets nobody will see...

You're stealing the poor guy's thread man!

But in reply, I have one small mod to go on that should be here monday or tuesday that is part functional and part cosmetic. Waiting till I install that one for new pics...

Ahh hell, I do have one pic after the carrier/winch swap. Just to make you happy AF...

Can you post up the pictures of the bull bar on that guys truck? I have a hard time believing that the one you have is really for a Dodge. I know my bull bar is an Aries, but my mounts looked nothing like that. Your mounting location is also lower on the bar where a Chevy or GMC would mount at, whereas a Dodge mounts in the middle of the bar.

Are you sure he had the same year or an 06-08? Because the 02-05 one's won't fit the newer trucks.

WOW Thats weired lol. All of the 06-08 mount under the fog lights where the air dam is. I even looked at westinbull bars website and looked up the install guide and its the same for my bull bar. Where the air dam is. I dont know. I know is shorted the brackets for a more fiter look thats why i cant get it to hook up. I wish you could buy the brackets them sevles. i dont feel like making them, i dont know even where to began to how to do them.
