Not sure, I'm running a 2.5 level and the same height tire your looking to buy and have no issues but a 2" level might rub but im not sure.

By the way just if u was wondering your tire dimensions in inches here it is.

34.29 by 15.09 and after I did the math yes you will have rubbing issues because of the width. Thats mega wide.

a 315/70/17 is a 12.4 inch wide tire. would you wanna put that on a 9in. wide rim? i would think that would cause the middle of your tires to run down prematurely.

the general rule of thumb on wide of tire to wheel is no more than 4". 9" wide wheel then 13" wide tire should be max and still be ok in almost every situation. Ive talked to several companys lately about max width, and theyve all said the same thing. if you run a bit lower pressure and do a chalk test the tires will wear evenly. I plan on running a 14" wide tire on a 9" wheel and have no doubts that it wont work.

Actually that is about perfect. Specs on a 12.5" wide tire call for a measured rim width of 8.5" - 10.5"...
