Default weird squeak!!!

a few weeks ago i started noticing that when i put my truck into drive or reverse from a stop there will be a whining squeak coming from the front end. I only notice it at really low speeds like when im making a turn out of my driveway from a stop. Could it be from the 35's and the lift kit? Any IDEAS?

OK, I'm kinda confused? Does the squeek happen when you put the truck in drive/reverse OR when your driving slowly OR both?

Only thing I can think of at a stop are bushing mounts like the trans/engine..etc from the initial torque. My Cheby had almost a chirp/squeek if you will from the rear end bushings.

If when moving, may want to check your tierods out and make sure they don't have excessive play in them or they may be bone dry with no graese in them?????

It happens when i first turn the wheel while moving. I can best hear it when im pulling out of my drive way. I have to reverse for about 20 yards while slightly turning the wheel then i can really hear it while in drive making an almost full lock turn out of the driveway. its definitely coming from the front of the car.
