No towing for me. All Ill do is put my motorcycle in the bed of the truck. But I would like to get a diesel. Thats what im hoping for.

MP because I eventually want to be a State Trooper and I've always wanted to be a MP.

I heard the CT State Trooper's academy is VERY similar to the Marine basic training camp at Parris Island.

I see, do you know how long their hiring process is? I know CT is usually 1.5-2 years but they are down 200 officers and want to rush to get them into classes before the new fiscal year so they are trying to do it in 6-8 months

To stay somewhat on topic, go for a 5.9 cummins

basic training, boot camp, etc. is the same everywhere. Get yelled at, do some push ups, run over here and stand there for hours on end, get yelled at some more, blah blah blah
