Default New Tires

Time to get new tires for my 06 and get rid of the Goodyear JUNK.

I've been searching for affordable (as affordable as 20" tires can be) all season tires to replace them. The ones that have caught my eye the most are the Mastercraft Courser HSR. Looks like a good tread pattern and a pretty good price.

Can anyone give me any info on good tires??? Has anyone purchased these tires and how have they worked out for you???

Any info is greatly appreciated.

Where do you live? What type of driving do you do? i.e. all on road mostly highway, or towing, or highway and offroad, a lot of offroad, summer and winter in the north with a good bit of snow and icy roads or what?

I have Hankooks on mine.

Check online tire stores (discount tire direct or tire rack are good places to start) to get good prices and shop around locally to see what you can get for the best price.

Mostly just commuting around town with the occasional long trip for vacation. Very little heavy hauling.

How much did your Hankooks run you???

BTW, I live in NW Pa.

I got my Hankook Ventus STs used for a friend so they were very cheap ($150 for all 4 and they have over 3/4 tread left ) .

The cheapest tires (new) I have found around me are BFG Long trails for $162+tax.

In a 20" mild A/T tire it's tough to beat Cooper Zeons for performance/price...

X2 on the Zeons. I actually just bought the Cooper discoverer HP Plus and love em without a doubt. Day and night over the crappy Wranglers. I did a lot of price comparison before I bought them and they are by far the least expensive. 140$ a tire

I put Cooper Discoverer HP Plus's on my 02 and put over 30k on them before trading in the truck. Tires still had well over half tread left. Plus, onlinetires.com has them for $125ea.
