Default 2006 Hemi Falling Apart?

I've had a few problems lately which I've tried to rectify,. I've always done my own oil "Mobile 1 Synth" I changed the plugs at 55k with the factory copers however lately I've noticed erratic shifting especially when being easy on the pedal or in cruise control. I had the dodge dealership take a look at the trans, they replaced the filters, fluid and updated the firmware(?) but said everything looked fine. I even brought it to AAMCO for a 2nd opinion but they said everything was fine. I however do not believe this is the case as I know something isn't right since things aren't the same since new. I check the trans fluid every month to make sure it looks/smells clean and it does. I've had the front/rear diff flushed so here's my symptoms. It started with the typical hard shift into drive when cold so thats when I had the dealership replace the filters and fluid based on the TSB for the line pressure that took care of that issue (mostly), it still does a mild hard kick into drive when its cold. The 2nd symptom is when in WOT it sounds like a huge vacuum leak, theres a whine over 4k RPM that sounds like a wench is unwinding at full speed. I'm not sure where else I can go from here as the dealership, AAMCO says everything seems fine (AAMCO) performed a full diagnostic with me. I'm not sure if it's the trans or the engine but something isn't synching correctly because I shouldn't have sloppy shifts low on the RPM and whining high in the RPM. I'm babying the truck now because I'm worried there's something wrong and its being mis-diagnosed.

Anyone know of any reputable dodge dealers in the Fairfax, VA area?
