Shocks do not hold up weight they just control the velocity of the up and down motion of the suspension. It almost sounds as if one of your rear springs has a broken leaf or you torsion bar has either been torsionally damaged or the retainer has been stripped and has let all the tension out. Inspect your rear leaves for damage if they look legit then start playing with the front bars.

you cant tell if its the back or front? Usually when there is a lean you can tell which corner. And sounds like the spacer mighta had something to do w it. Maybe one settled differently than the other? Check your coil springs, they might be seated differently (the little paper tab should be in the center of the inside side of the bucket

My truck is a little off too when it comes to side to side leveling. In my case I have a 2.5" spacer level on the front. It's 39" from the ground to the bottom of the fender on both front wheels. On the driver side rear it is also 39". On the passenger side rear it is just a hair under 40". I can tell it if I look at it long enough, but it's not too noticeable. I attribute it to the gas tank being on the driver side and there rarely being a passenger in the truck. So after 5 years it leans a little. But maybe there is something else I should be looking at.

I actually thought about that yesterday.....A 34 gallon gas tank and a 220lb me on the drivers side, and rarely any weight on the other side. I wonder if switching around the leaf springs/coil springs would help?

Agree shocks are prob toast since 75-80K, but yeh should not affect lean too much. Like Hemi Guy said could be rear leafs causin it. Mine are worn out (225K abuse) and when I installed my leveling kit and set keys the same my measuremens where out all around about an inch between all corners especially on one side in the front and high one side in the rear to start and in the end I had to adjust the keys many times and drove around parking lot before each adj. and in the end one of my 2 torsion keys got cranked way more than the other to compensate for what I think was one spring worse than the other in the back. When I install new springs I should prove the theory as the one key cranked more side will probably be higher after and will need adjusting downward.

Woa woa woa...watch your language lol! It was actually 2002-2005 had torsion bars I think. It's actually a good idea as you can adjust the height of the front of your truck in a matter of minutes.

I thought the 2002 had the new body/old frame or w/e???

And are you saying a 2002-2005 does NOT have a spring up front?
