Anybody change color of guage cluster lights?

My WS6 has red LED's for dash, etc and doors, I've always been pleased with it, not too bright, not too dark...and looks cool. All that is stock when I bought it new.
DIY Info, not applied to trucks but some info I found on one of the LS1 sites, at least gives you some basic education on them

well i know what colors the LEDs are offered in, but what colors will work with the Rams. As mentioned before, Red wont work because of the contrast with the green thats in there
The gauge overlay itself is tinted in blue, and shines green because the incandescent bulbs shine yellow.
So in theory you could get purple if you used a red led and shined it through the gauge overlay.
could be completely wrong tho. ill have to do some guess-n-check.
