Yes, you plug it up and go through the settings to make changes to your truck. Be sure to read the manual first.

i read a little bit, said to make sure car was completely off before tune, not to much else i read that was really difficult about it though.
seemed like it was plug tune remove and wait about 30 miles before you go crazy with it, because your car has to "learn" it.

anything else i should know?
