Thats a nice set up there hammer. I would do something like that, but are the straps that secure the guns adjustable for length of gun? I would need one that can be shortened up to secure my SBR

it has a 10.5" barrel, so I would need to have something that can be adjustable, does this rack have that capability?

I know he had an ak-47 mounted in there at one time. Not sure about the length exactly but if that's a pretty close to the same dimensions it would work.

Very nice. Federal permit required for such a short barrel?

Yes, anything under 16" barrel length requires a NFA (national firearms act) tax stamp.

The gov has to get their cut

Yeah they are fully adjustable, the holders slide the entire length of the rack and lock into place with little allen set-screws. The velcro slips thru a "D" ring and can be pulled as tight as you need it. Hell, I had a blow gun up there one day and it's all of about a 3/8" diameter tube.

Thought so. Never actually saw the stamp thats pretty cool. How long did the government take to finally approve you? I was thinking about getting a supressor for my .45 for home defense so it doesn't blow my eardrums in the house (and for fun/ showing off lol) but I was told it takes around 6 months or so to get approved. Is this true?

3-6 months for first timers, 2-4 months (sometimes much less) for repeat applicants.

Thanks a lot. Is that SBR also full auto? And it looks like you have a shorty supressor on the front of it, is that true? If all this is true you would then have to have 3 stamps just for one gun right? Or could full auto and short barrel be on one stamp due to it being built into the one gun?

That SBR's muzzle device looks to be a Noveske KX3 flash suppressor and it doesn't look to be a select fire rifle.
