I was looking at fender flares and came across an image of a Ram and I think its just awesome looking. I'm pretty well all stock right now, except for a dual exhaust.
ive got an 07 qc hemi in Inferno red just like this pic... i've got a chrome bumper..how could i get this bumper? is that a chrome bumper with a cover or is it a whole new bumper or...? I'm sorry I sound so dumb with this...I've never done any modding or anything on any of my vehicles..

its a cover that you can put over your bumper now...

 

It's the laramie bumper cover. Best done properly with the proper rebar supports instead of putting it over your current chrome bumper.
