IMO the 1500 guys are doing BLs because sus lifts tear our wimpy *** IFS up, and IFS sus lifts are $2000 ish... thats why I went with a BL.
a 2500 can handle a lot more sus lift than a 1500 at a fraction of the cost... but hey, no one's stoppin ya from gettin a BL

either way, you should go HIGHER

edit: hey! WTF happened to my avatar pic!!??

Yeah I would skip the body lift and go more suspension especially if you do plan on running a heavier front bumper and a winch setup. Besides I would say the BL is more of a last resort mod for the 1500 guys who have already maxed out their IFS. IMO save yourself the bullchit and run more suspension lift (something with new radius arms) and I think you will be much happier in the long run. Just my 2/100 of a $

I looked into a BL because a suspesion lift would jack up my plow. I could not find one for a hemi mega either, I called TGC and they said the CTD should work but I would have to fab up a few things. If you find one let me know.
