Default kick panel removal

I like to think i'm not a dumb ***, but this one has me wondering. I'm running a 0 guage power wire in my truck with the intention on putting the amp under my driver seat. I'm having trouble getting the kick panel off so I can run the wire under the carpet. I don't see any screws, It aparently just pulls off, but I really don't want to break it. Can someone help me out here? Where are the clips so I know where to pry. Or should I start by prying on the door sill cause it seems to be all one piece??

yeah you just pull it off. the easiest way is to pull up the door sill first and then just pull the kick panel towards the back of the truck. its held in by little metal clips. just give it a firm yank and it will come off no problem.
