That is probably the shiniest truck I have ever seen! LOL Great job....love it. The hood looks bad ***.

thanks for the conmpements guys.

YES i did take the handles off the truck (probably took less than 30 mins to take them all off). NO i didnt take them apart (thus the taped off keyhole)

I just used duplicolor universal black for the color

I dont know why its so shiney... hasnt been waxed in months...

ddog- I know what you mean about having wax res on them... mine did too. I think now with the clear coat the wax wont stick to them anymore... hell, i could probably wax the plastics now

Something I would love tod o to my truck, but I am the worst painter in history

Did your handles have the chrome covers on them? If so, how did you get them off? Heat gun?

I have the chrome covers on the mirros I want to remove too, and of course, pay someone to paint my handles and plastic ;( lol
