Default Noise coming from front end driverside wheel area

I have just started hearing a noise coming from the front end on the driver side near the tire area. I hear it when im driving and turn the wheel to the left a little and i hear it right before the truck makes a complete stop. Its like a growling noise.

If your brakes are Ok, it could very well be you got a worn out CV half shaft. If you put it in 4H and it does it straight on and sounds kinda like when you twist your gas cap on but faster and louder then thats probably what it is. You can still drive in 2H but the pot's still turn.
