Default I need Help with My FM Super 40s. I need Less DRONE!!

Hey everyone, I have a 2005 Dodge Ram with a 4.7L with a Flowmasters Super 40 Series Dual Exhaust. I like the performance boost that it gave me and the exterior sound is decent, But the interior Drone anytime over 2k RPMs gets really really annoying... I have been looking at Magnaflow,Borla,Gibbson, and also maybe another series Flowmasters. I just need to switch my muffler to something with less interior Drone, What are your guys Thoughts? Here are some pics.. http://cid-cfcf9df3eaf36a42.skydrive.../Truck/Exhaust

Traded my super 40 in for a magnaflow, best decision I ever made in terms of mufflers.

It's amazing what a good marketing budget will get you. I also think it's funny how when your exhaust is louder, your brain tells your butt dyno that you are getting better performance.

Guys, with the exception of the drone, these mufflers sound pretty darn good, but they flow worse than stock and usually rust out in a couple of years.

Much better choices out there...

If you are gouing to run a FM then I would suggest a Delta series where it is loud outside but does not resonate on the inside. Thats what I use to have
