I believe what he's saying is if they're warped they're no longer in round. If they were just cut say as the rivets from the pad cut them then they could be turned and have metal shaved off. If a rotor is no longer round than they're useless (looking at them head on with the thin rotor part in front of you they're not straight)

lift the truck up on stands, take off the rear wheels, start the car and put it in Drive. I hope this isn't the case but if the rotor and caliper are wobbling all over the place you might have a bent axle. Also watch the tire in the mirror while driving for slight wobbling. Thought i had warped rotors but had a bent axle and it sounds a lot like what you might have going on
