i like 17's but with big tires like a 37's 20 's look better

Depends on what you use your truck for, if you're haulin' a 5th wheel stick with the 17s. 20 inchers look great but don't have the load range for heavy loads.

I'd keep the rims, powder coat them black, and run bigger raised white letter tires.
