ramtrucks.com says my truck is rated @ 383hp/404tq.
AllPar and others say 355hp/395tq

Is my engine the same as the 4gen HD's or is it a mixture of 3rd/4th gen

What do ya think.

 

09 2500s have 388 hp/404 lb·ft

 

so 2nd gen hemi, that's availble on 4th gen HD's in a 3rd gen body. did i get it right?

Need to dyno it while she's still stock for real #'s. Thanks for the input.

so in 6 mos to a year I should start finding performance mods for my truck based on the new '10 hemi 5.7. not much out there right now and what is available is $pendy. Need to get in touch with folks @superchips for proper application. Their website says the 3865 is what i need, but gotta make sure

 

3rd gen 2500/3500 are 2003-2009 and 4th gen 2500/3500 are 2010-present. The 2nd gen Hemi was released in 09 for the 4th gen 1500s so they put it in.
