Idle drops while stopping and A/C on... any Ideas?

Went out today and looked into it a little more. I haven't had my idle set to stock for a long time now so I got a question, when your ac is turned on at idle, is it running at the same rpm as when the ac is off at idle or is it higher with it on rather than off?
