Homemade CAI?

I have seen alot of posts recently about guys making homemade CAI's. Does anyone have a write-up on how to do this? I would like to try it, but I don't really know where to start.

90 form the tb 4" to 3" rubber .
straight 3" pvc to stock box or another 90 to a filter

i got a dif setup but its the same idea.
