Default Having Trouble Finding a good Leveling Kit for 2WD

So far I've found one leveling kit by Trailmaster but I keep reading that I'm going to need new shocks after installing spacers or it'll bottom out or will mess up the ball and joint. And majority of the decent leveling kits are for 4WD only.

Can anyone recommend a good kit for my poor ol' 2WD? It's a 2005 quad.

Check out DayStar. I used their 2.5" spacer before I got my lift, and I'm gonna throw it on top of my lift when I get the time. Had zero problems with it, and yes you might want to look into longer shocks.

I'm only planning on going up 2 inches. How long did you have the spacers on before getting the lift?

Daystar spacers or lift springs. You could even do a set of lift spindles and then maybe a 1" block set on the rear. That would be nice

yea I think people like the springs a little better than the spacers for your truck...not too big of a difference.

And yea, weed is right. Spindle is the best way to level a 2wd, not too much more than the springs and no ride difference

I have the rough country 2" coils. They keep my ride like it was when it was factory. Yes, you WILL need longer shocks. If you don't, you will have 2 halves of what used to be your shocks. They actually top out, not bottom out. The suspension flexing will actually rip them in half.

Here's the link to the one I put on. I decided to go with the coils since I've read where SOME of the spacers actually settle and don't give you the promised level after time. Also, some guys have a complaint about the rough ride after installing spacers. Granted it's normally the '06 and up guys.

They also sell the longer shocks you'll need just click around on their site.

Hey I never found those! Thanks dude! Do you think the hydro 8000 shocks will do the trick?
