you mean the tube that comes off the front of the box and goes between the fender and the radiator? i took that off and cut the bottom of the box off.

ahh you cut to much , best look for a new box . just take the front 90 plastic BS of and your fine . now **** is going to get up in that filter

i was worried about that. but the guys with the cone filters dont seem to have a problem with stuff flying up into them. oh well. i guess we will see what happens.

they dont have problems because they stay on the street . going threw the **** you do i would want it covered . never know when you want to cross that mud hole /water crossing
