i personally dont like the venom hood. I think its too much. The srt hood is my favorite hood for these trucks, but they're soooo popular. I'm so burned out over this whole ordeal I'll probably just stay stock.

 

haha +1 on staying stock. The srt10 hood looks a little tame in person for me and thats why I like the bigger hood scoop and cowl induction of the venom. I'd probably fill in the vents since thats the only downside for me. But yea, the stock hood is already painted and installed so it's easier to just stay that way

But then again...it is just down the road....AHHHH!!

I agree with you on that one. The other day I parked next to a truck with a regular srt hood and it barely even looked like it had a scoop or cowl compared to the venom. Wanted to get a pic of the two trucks next to each other but I didn't have my phone handy.

That's about how mine looked when i got. It's a solid piece of metal that requires prep and paint anyway so i really didn't see a problem with the way it was packaged.

 

The first roll pan I ordered had a huge dent in it, so I sent it back and they sent me the roll pan for a different model truck the second time. It wasn't until I get the third one did they get it right.

 

What brand is yours and where'd you order it from? Mine is a EFX and i got it from stylin trucks. The OPs looks like the exact same as mine.

 

Mine is from LMC truck, don't remember what brand it is. I do remember that after all the bs I had to deal with to get it the final price was almost free, so can't complain too much.
