My truck does some odd stuff, none of it hinders it's drivability. 1: Sometimes it chimes when the door is opened with key in ignition, sometimes it don't. 2: I programmed all the doors to unlock with opening drivers door, sometimes it works, most the time it don't. 3: Sometimes the lights stay on after I shut them off, I have to play with the switch alittle to get them to go off.

While not bad problems, they are kinda annoying and I doudt they are fixable with spending big $$. I guess I can live with it, just wondering if anyone had a take on this?

 

The lights should stay on after you turn the truck off then turn your light switch off, some of the trucks like mine will even automatically turn your headlights off when you leave the headlight switch on. My doors do the same thing, its kind of annoying, I really do actually want to fix that, like sometimes all of my doors will unlock, and sometimes all of them but one of the back ones will unlock. And I dont know about the chiming thing to be honest with you...

 

amen! mine do the same exact thing. i have to get out of the truck and then hit the unlock button for my friends to get out of my back doors. or sometimes when i hit lock on my key fob, the horn wont blast to notify me that the alarm is on. or the fob wont work untill im like right up at my truck, doesnt effect how my truck drives but annoying none the less.
