3rd Gen Drivers door top hinge question

It appears the bushing on the pin of my top hinge is bad. Do I need to replace the complete hinge or do I have any other options.

According to the parts manual (mine anyway, since a year wasn't given) the hinge is one piece. Different p/n's for left & right upper, same p/n for both lowers.
