yea...I know some brands use epoxy and some use a RTV type to seal in windows, so there is no telling if that stuff is meant for epoxy or a silicone base

I know epoxy will flake off if you hit it with a blade, its super hard. Maybe some denatured alcohol would soften the rest of whatever is left

Chisel em off and paint the whole truck black, then you don't gotta paint your hood a different color and the truck will actually look good then lol
