Default Check engine light

My check engine light came on (03 ram 1500)

I checked it and i got the code P044 and P0445---dealing with the gas evap emissions. Anyone else ever have these codes? I realize it could be something as small as the gas cap not fitting right or it could be something worse...Just seeing if anyone else has had these problems?
It also showed my o2 sensor needs replaced so im doing that tomorrow.

Thanks

There is a Post in the FAQ section that shows a detailed diagram of the entire evap system. Dodge uses some pretty cheazy quality hose and even more pathetic hose clamps. Trace the lines and look for cracks in them and bad clamps. Odds are you'll find a problem at the hose ends at the canister. You can cut the cracked ends off and stick them back on using REAL hose clamps or better yet replace with some better quaility hoses...

I've had them. The hoses are dirt cheap. What fault did you have on the O2? An overvoltage?

I cant remember exactly. I checked it at home the other day and when to the store to get the o2 sensor. I asked them to check again and that's when i relaized I had a couple more codes. It said 5 codes but it threw the p0442 and 445 twice. (along with bad o2 sensor)
