Ic hanged the drivers side (where the noise comes from) and the 'pop' is still there. It sounds like a metal on metal pop so I am pretty much ruling out anything in the drive/axle shafts. I wouldn't think that the passenger side link would cause the noise but I may replace that one also. Can't hurt and I am out of ideas!
