new pads

I think it's time for some new front brake pads. I currently have Akebono ProACT Ceramic Pads. I want to try something a little more heavy duty. What are you guys using? what do u recommend? I was looking into EBC, but i don't know what color to get/whats the best.

If they are not life time replacement pads I wont buy them.
