Default 04 Ram Died?

My 04 1500 w/5.7 Hemi has died on me with no warning twice now. No check engine light comes on and it starts right back up. Took it to the dealer both times and both times they shrug thier shoulders. Last time I took it in I talked to the mechanic and he finally admitted that O4 and 05 had this "problem" and they don't know why. That was it. Offered no other help. Anyone one else have this issue? Any suggestions?
Thanks

Your dealer should read their TSBs sent out by Chrysler. Was probably around mid-late '05 that a bulletin went out to the dealers along with a new PCM update to solve this intermittent issue. A PCM re-flash with the most current version should take care of this...
