I don't have anything to do it with. I don't have any thing but hand tools. And a 14ish volt drill!!!!!! I haven't even looked at it to see how I am going to do it.
Search it, there was a thread a while back about it. It's a much better kit but it's only for the 06-08's, instead of hacking up the bumper it actually relocates the whole bracketry assembly thingy mabob up 3 inches to maintain the strength.
