I see a bunch of these on a daily basis so I'm personally not too fond of them because theyre overplayed around here, but they're not a bad looking wheel by any means

When I got rockstars 3+ years ago I had never seen them on another truck. Now I see at least one truck with them on every time I go out. I had never seen another star painted until now, but at least there are none rolling around here like it. For now anyways.

 

Thanks dodgenitto. I put my rockstars on 2 years ago and I've still never seen another truck with them in my area and I've only seen the chrome ones on another truck in a magazine. I know chrome is not for everyone seems like everyone is going black now, but I still like it. I think the painted star looks better on your black rims though...nice truck.

 

Thanks. I like chrome on a black vehicle, but if we all had the same taste there wouldn't be variety. I went black because I lived on a dirt road at the time @ 10,300' and would rather not have had to wash them until winter was over. But I like still like the chrome wheels.

the only time i ever see a rockstar rim is on DF... i have not once seen a set out while i was driving yet.... so if u want them get them IMO

 

There's a ton of trucks around here with them. But, I say who the eff cares, if you like them you like them. I'm not a huge fan of them but I like Evo's a lot, the painted center caps changed made all the difference in the world.

 

Like i told someone in an other thread, even though they have the exact same rim, i think they all look different on every truck, unless its the same damn truck of course lol
