hello everyone. New to the forum here, i have just had my transmission fully rebuilt with all new internals..it would read code 1756..before, now after rebuild it has popped up again, and feels like it starts on a lower gear..anyone have any input on what it may be or anything else that may cause this to occur, your info would be greatly appreciated.

 

you would have the notorious 46re .. not sure what that code is, but the 46re's are very temper mental and if the bands arent adjusted right it will never shift right. who rebuilt it and did you get a warrenty?

 

actually a friend of my brother in law did the rebuild. And thats what he thought at first, but said it may not be the bands since it popped up a code. Will the un adjusted bands do that?
