I love those things, a guy traded in his ram at the dealership that I work at, and it had the same muffler. But he didn't attach have any pipes attached at the dual outlets, and it was really loud! So if you ever want louder, you have that option also.

I'd rear dump in that case. you know a little angle down, You really don't want the exhaust to do that. im o.Just straight out no no gotta angle down. again imo.

Best muffler every, flows like crazy and makes a great noise, plus no drone. Good choice Blake

I've heard it first hand on two 4.7s and three Hemi's, one being my own. On the 4.7s it's actually a bit louder, has a higher pitch and crackles and pops just a bit. Personally, I like the cracklin' and a poppin', especially on the 4.7's where it's not severe and only does it when you stand on it.
On the Hemi's, the note is a good bit deeper and there is no cracklin' or poppin'.

I like the sound of it on both trucks, but to me, it sounds completely different...

I love mine, i think it sounds sweet, and has gotten a little louder too, i do believe, but mine never pops and cracks..... the only time i heard it pop and crack was gearing down going down a hill,

Sounds real good...you might want to consider spray painting the welds with some high heat....it will help with any rust that might form there...just sayin.......

That muffler is freakin' little!
