Yeah, my grill gets chips now and then. I just get the can back out and fix it up.

A friend of mine told me that it would turn purple after a while.... Never heard of this and my wheels (same process) have been over a year....no purple just stubborn dirt...thoughts?

love it! looks awesome! if you painted the rest of the bumper the same and painted the inside of your headlights black it would be pretty bad@$$ IMO.

rattle can is better than taking it to get painted. they both will chip but the rattle can is WAAAY cheaper and less hassle.

go under the hood and detach them, there is a DIY for it, then you bake the head light housing in the oven for a bit and pop it apart and the chrome parts you paint whatever color you want, i think yours would look bad@$$ black. EVOMEGA did his red on his mega cab. look him up and take a look at his lights.

i think i will eventually do it to mine, do it glossy black

Holy cow that looks awesome. Thanks for the link. After I paint my bumpers...I believe I will tackle this. But then again I think I'll wait till I get my HID's and projectors.

other than the stripes im getting put on, im pretty sure that will be my next project. yea, id wait too if you are going to be getting new ones anyways.
