Default I need your opinions on what to do ?

Hello everyone, I am new here and I have a question and would like your opinions.
I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Quadcab. 4.7 V8 Magnum. automatic. 3:92. 275/65/20. CAI. Flowmaster dumped.
When I bought it, it had 255/60/20's lo-profiles
The manufacture door tag says 245/70/17
I average 20.5 mpg on highway at 65mph. (not towing)
and 15.6 mpg in town. (not towing)
Last year before I put the bigger tires on, it would pull my camper pretty good.
Since I put bigger tires it does not pull good at all, lugs up hills and I'm not talking about big hills either.
I have had the computer programmed to my current tire size to adjust the shift points and speedo.
So my questions are:
Will these tire changes make that much difference in towing?
Should I go back to the original tire size (17's or 20"s lo-profile) ?
Should I have the rears changed to 4:56 ?
Should I buy a programmer ?
Please help..... Thank you.

The minute you installed a larger diameter tire, you negatively effected your gear ratio, you may physically still have 3.92, but in reality you don't have 3.92s anymore!
