Pretty easy, but the aftermarket projectors for our 02-05 years typically require H1 bulbs. You're HIDs are 9007 Hi/low I'm guessing. Most aftermarket headlamps for our years also have two separate sockets for low beams and high beams. Both being H1 bulbs but most of the time only the lows are actually projectors.

so i would have to buy the h1 bulbs and being only the lows are usually the projectors, if i hit my highs will it just scatter or not change?

yea the highs will scatter and light everything up in front of you. The projectors in the lows will have a cutoff line so there will be no light projected above that line. You have the option of buying just the H1 HID bulbs for the lows and leaving the halogens in the highs or you can buy both H1 HIDs for the lows and another H1 HID kit for the highs. I also have HIDs in the Fogs. With all three kits running, I'm like a moving flood light going down the road.

Oh and usually, when you buy a set of new aftermarket headlamps, they will already come with correct halogen bulbs in both highs and lows so you can install them as soon as you get them and be up and running.
