Somehow the cable on the passenger side of the sliding window snapped off the glass and now the glass can't open. There is nothing wrong with the glass itself, just the little plastic piece from the pulley system. What is a fix to reattach the cable to the window? Or is it cheap enough (and possible) to only replace the pulley system without having to replace the whole rear window? Thanks in advance to any reponses!

 

mine just did the same thing but it wont close... im taking it to the dealership to get it fixed under warranty

 

Mine is a used '06, so I wouldn't be able to take it under any kind of warranty! I'm going to try to remove the back seat to look where the motor and reguator is... maybe I can see something wrong. If I can find a way to attach the cable back to the window I should be good to go since the motor still works fine. Is this a normal thing for the Ram??
