Default Headlights have a mind of there own...any suggestion?

So yea, as weird as this sounds my head lights and park lights have a mind of there own lately. Some times when i go and turn my lights off they stay on--not the courtesy lights but headlights/parklights and foglights.. and sometimes when your driving without the lights on, they come on with the light switch in the off position.
any one come across this problem??

I think you need to play with it and find out exactly when it does it and under what conditions. Then you can start troubleshooting
