Water crossing stall, now starter wont turn over

If water got in the fuel system or ignition system to stall the truck, where could I start to track that down? I'll try the breaker bar tonight and see if it'll turn over. I pulled the airbox cover and looked down the intake, and it looks like a bit of moisture got past the filter as well... damn.

Pull the starter and make sure its dry...get it checked....if its good, try turning the motor over with the plugs out....chances are you're in the same boat as me..bent connecting rod/F'd up motor.....Moe's Performance has a stroker kit for the 5.7....Im gonna try to convince my wife its necessary for the rebuild.
