Default ABS and Brake light Flashing along with dinging noise

I installed a 2 way radio in my 2006 1500 last night and after my install I noticed that the ABS and Brake light's are flashing and there is an annoying dinging noise along with it. I didnt do anything out of the ordinary...put the hot wire to the post on the fuse bock under the hood and hooked the ground to a bolt in the cab. Any help would be appreciated.

check out your speed sensor on the rear diff for water or it's come disconnected. Just a shot in the dark.

I have a DSP tuner that has activated my ABS amber warning light but thankfully I don't have the dinging or brakelight on. I would go back and disconnect the wiring you just connected. Make sure you are not into the J1850 wire that would mess with the PCM.
